He wishes to increase the amount of tech-savvy individuals in the USA by encouraging math and science in education.
On the subject of the Internet, Barack Obama works to increase access as well as security. He states that he will not be secretive in his administrations activities, but will add a whole new transparency and access to the government. John McCain
John McCain believes that Wi-Fi technology should be used in its fullest. People should be able to surf the web “while sitting at a coffee shop, airport lounge, or public park.” McCain plans on encouraging “investment in innovation.” He plans on developing a technologically skilled workforce and wishes for a fully connected citizenry. John McCain will ensure that Internet innovation is not hampered by taxes to users.
Stating “America must educate its workforce for the ‘Innovation Age,” John McCain is concerned about the amount of math and science majors the USA has currently. His plan is to fill the shortage of technological workers to make America a better competitor in the global market.
